Great location right by the city center and river 🌆. the staff was super friendly, and you'll love chilling in the garden or hanging out at the main square - both just a stone's throw away. This place is nestled in a charming old historical area, giving it a really unique vibe. And let's not forget about the amazing service from the staff - they were top-notch!

Beautiful hotel with great ambiance. Breakfast in their lovely courtyard was memorable. Room was spacious, elegant and nicely furnished with large comfortable bed and large bathroom. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Whole experience was excellent.

We arrived on a local holiday and the restaurant was not open (not their fault!). We will have to go back!

This is a centuries old, beautifully restored Hotel in the old town of Troyes,birthplace of Jeanne D'Arc. The place has carefully renovated to keep the original beams and walls whilst installing modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. The old cobbled streets and leaning houses only add to the charm of the place. We ate at the hotel which was OK but not marvellous. The Chef cooks and serves the meal with enthusiasm . We enjoyed the experience.

loved our stay at the hotel in troyes! felt like royalty in a medieval castle. impeccable restoration, great location near the cathedral and art museum. dinner was amazing, chef treated us like VIPs. total gem, would definitely stay again.

Hotel location is excellent and the bedrooms are very comfortable.

We were woken early with the noise from the nearby streets - soundproofing not so great as we were disturbed by the noise from local commuter traffic and dustbin lorries et al

This is the second time we stayed when reception has recommended and booked restaurant and evening meal. First time we stayed we did go to the restaurant they booked (dreadful meal and service) we put it down to a one off, this time when we saw what they had booked (similar to last time bar type pool table with very loud music)we turned around and walked away to the restaurant we told the receptionist we were going to book (she said visitors had complained about miserable staff there) we had a great meal with pleasant service. Someone prefers to have the bonus from the restaurant rather than satisfy the guests!!!! Other point no english channels on TV.

We loved staying in this beautiful historic building and being surrounded by the charming sounds of the church bells. the rooms were comfortable, with crisp linens and fluffy towels, and the courtyard views were lovely. the small pool was a refreshing treat on a hot day. Breakfast was outstanding, with freshly squeezed juice, delicious pastries, and homemade jam. the staff were attentive, and the hotel is dog-friendly.

The breakfast offered was sensational with a quite basic meal, couldn't have asked for more. Perfect location to attractions like Musee D'art Moderne, that was a short way from the hotel. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

Magnificent renovation of the orginal 15c building. Charm, class and wonderful location. Dinner was good and a pleasant exeprience with the personal attention of the chef - but not gourmet standard.
